Governance

The Project Management Institute, Mass Bay Chapter is a 501(c)(6) organization and incorporated as a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our bylaws and annual reports are made available to the public.

The Chapter is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors

The Mass Bay Chapter of PMI is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which consists of nine (9) voting members.

Community Bylaws

The regulations instituted by our community and PMI Global govern the activities and actions of the Board and members in the Mass Bay region.
