Board of Directors
Our organization is managed by nine (9) volunteer Board of Directors who are elected to serve a 2-year term. We are grateful for this dedicated team of professionals who contribute to our success.
Chapter Functions
Executive Team
The Executive Team, which includes the President, Executive VP, and VP Finance, provide strategic direction for the chapter, shape policy, and pay attention to the financial and operational stability of the chapter.
Membership & Volunteers
We help drive membership and volunteer engagement. We oversee the volunteer lifecycle including onboarding, growth, and recognition. We also host virtual office hours to help answer member’s questions.
Marketing
We are responsible for communicating with our members, promoting chapter events, collaborating with all teams, attracting prospective members, presenting and managing our chapter image.
Professional Development
We offer curated project management programming, including workshops, webinars, and mentoring. Members can earn PDUs, network, and enhance their skills through various opportunities.
Business Development
We drive the creation of mutually beneficial relationships between the chapter and corporate, educational, and other institutions that advance our mission and create value for our community.
Technology
We manage the chapter’s tech infrastructure, including email, website, and business processes. We also help other teams establish & vet tech requirements to achieve their goals.
Operations & Events
We plan and execute in-person events such as networking, socials, and in-person professional development events. We help bring people together!
Finance
We handle payments, contracts, taxes, event analysis, expense payment, and financial support for all chapter programming. We also weigh in on the strategic direction of the chapter activities.
