PMO Roundtable

Member or not, we invite you to attend.

PMO Roundtable

The PMO Roundtable is a targeted forum designed for professionals who are involved with or interested in the strategic and operational dynamics of the project management office (PMO). This roundtable focuses on the latest PMO strategies, best practices, and challenges, providing an opportunity to engage in conversations with peers and leaders who share a common interest in maximizing the effectiveness of PMOs. Whether you’re looking to establish a PMO, enhance an existing one, or simply learn more about their role and impact within various organizations, this session offers valuable insights and solutions. It covers a broad spectrum of topics that always touch upon some aspect of the PMO.

The PMO Roundtable is structured to foster an environment of collaborative learning and problem-solving. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions, experiences, and ideas to the table, creating a rich dialogue that explores the multifaceted aspects of PMO management. Facilitated by experts with extensive experience in PMO leadership and development, these discussions not only illuminate the complexities of PMO functions but also highlight innovative approaches to overcoming common obstacles.
