Volunteer Position: Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the PMI Chapter’s online presence by creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and helping increase awareness of chapter programs, events, and initiatives across social media platforms.

Time Commitment

* Approximately 2–4 hours per week.

* Flexible schedule with occasional support during chapter events and major campaigns.

Aid development of a new website.
Key Responsibilities
Website development
● Creating new pages based on existing website, replicate or re-design
● Working with teams to navigate complex environment and requirements
● Know basics of WordPress, Server management, and Zoho Webpage (or other
tools)
● Must not be afraid of using new tools
Project Management
● Working with board members to capture requirements and finalize decisions

● Use Agile working method and other tools
● Recommend improvements for efficiency and transparency
Time Commitment
● Approximately 2-3 hours per week

● Candidates must have a sense of commitment and goal oriented
