Cathi’s diverse career spans leadership roles in operations, sales, and training across multiple industries—including serving as VP of Operations for the Associations of Hawaii, Regional Marketing Manager for Dole Foods and Dean Foods, and national manager for the Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac program. As a former Motorola University Instructor, she taught principles of cycle time reduction and benchmarking to corporate audiences nationwide.
