How do I get a PDU certificate for my volunteer efforts?

You are here:
< Back

Simply send an email to the VP or AVP that you work with, stating the months of your activity and a brief description of your role. Also include the hour count you worked as a volunteer. When that is approved, it will be forwarded to the VP of Volunteers, and you will be emailed a certificate for printing. Save this paperwork with your records. Note: PDUs are awarded by calendar years. Depending on your involvement and when you started your volunteer assignment, you could potentially ask for two certificates, as our chapter year straddles two calendar years.

Please allow 3 weeks after this request is sent to obtain your certificate.
