The Board of Directors of the PMI Mass Bay Chapter sincerely apologizes for not properly communicating to you, our members, on the cancellation of the social event scheduled for Tuesday, December 11th at Waxy’s in Lexington.

We value every one of our members, and we do have a full year of events we are working on for you.  Our goal is to provide you with opportunities to hear knowledgeable speakers on different topics within the project management discipline – in addition to having the opportunity to network with your peers.

Thank you for your understanding!

Our Apologies

You might have noticed that our website changed.

Hopefully you will all find this website to be a cleaner, nicer look and easier to navigate, especially on mobile devices.

In the process of moving content and other things over, we took the opportunity to clear our a lot of the virtual dust bunnies that gather in the corners of a site over a decade. Unfortunately, we were not able to fully port over the user accounts – While all of your PMI information is here, all of the accounts are newly imported, which means they have a new password.

You should have gotten an email about it. However, if not, have no fear! Just use the forgot password option from the login screen to have one sent directly to your email address.

Hey – you’re in great company – 63 other people have joined the chapter in the past month. Welcome All!

Want to explore some of the Chapter Services? Ask questions about what goes on? Get connected with other members?
Join in on an informal video call conference to ask questions about the Chapter, meet some other members, and learn a little about our community.

Sessions are scheduled on different days and times in order to best fit your schedule.

Professional Development Programs

Roundtables

The Roundtable Program provides Chapter members and other professionals the opportunity to attend an informal monthly meeting, near where you work or live, with a small group of project management peers.

Mentoring Program

Since 2010, PMI Mass Bay has provided the opportunity for members to mentor other members within a structured program. This program is a great opportunity for both mentees and mentors alike. Mentees gain valuable real-life knowledge from seasoned project managers, and mentors consistently report that they find their own skills sharpened as a result of the mentoring relationship.

Study Groups

The PMI Mass Bay Chapter provides opportunities for our members to study together for the PMI certification exams. We are always looking into new and innovative ways to facilitate group study, whether it be in-person meetings or online communities.

What they say about us

“It was my chapter membership that enabled me to team up with several like-minded professionals to form a study group that resulted in successfully taking my PMP examination…that enables me to keep current with my own PDU curriculum through its plethora of sponsored programs and events…and is now a place where I serve as a volunteer to personally make an impact on the profession by advancing the added value that project management can have on strategic business initiatives for our corporate community.”

A.J. Morrison

“I’ve just spent the last six months trying to break into the PM market here in Massachusetts, after coming here with five years experience from Europe. I found my best leads through Networking with other PMI members, and found the lead which led to a job offer with Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc., via someone I met at the Mass Bay monthly meetings.”
