Last week we hosted our annual Professional Development Conference in Norwood, Massachusettes. By all measures it was a successful event and I would like to thank our Professional Development team who planned and executed an impressive conference.As with any multi-day conference, planning began over one year ago. A major part of this process was curriculum development and the careful selection of speakers. Thanks to our dedicated Speakers Committee, we had an exceptional group of presenters this year. Our content was aligned thoughtfully with the Talent Triangle and the unique topics ranged from emotional intelligence and design thinking, to emerging trends in Agile.
