2020 Career Development Fair

Are you looking to hire new talent? Are you on the job search? The PMI Mass Bay Career Fair is one of our best networking events of the year. Find new talent for your organization or connect with other PMs at all stages of their careers. Meet the recruiters who are seeking project managers just like you. It’s truly an exciting and unique evening of networking.

Whether you are employed, looking to grow in your current position, or seeking employment, this event will help you consider how to develop your unique brand.

The evening will provide new skills to PMI Mass Bay members who are looking for a new role or want to improve their personal brand so they increase their value in their current role. Katherine Moody will discuss how to develop your brand so you “stand out”. There will be recruiters on staff to answer questions about conducting searches and making a good impression in interviews. Reviewers will be on site to help critique resumes and help format them so they stand out.

Katherine has done broad-spectrum recruiting for nearly 30 years, perfecting her signature strategy for identifying the best candidates. Katherine has filled positions from individual contributors to senior executives.

To meet today’s realities that demand job seekers do things in a whole new way, Katherine developed her proprietary Dream Job Delivery System. She continues to help job seekers build a job search strategy to land their dream job by becoming “the irresistible candidate.”   Her content is sure to help you stand out in the field of candidates.
