Solve your complex challenges within your projects by leveraging a human-centered design process to develop superior products and services.

Design thinking is a powerful framework to enable organizational agility and innovation. By leveraging a human-centered design process, teams drive results by delivering products and services that resonate with their customers. We begin the workshop with the underlying principles of Design Thinking, then jump into action with 3 simple yet supercharged Design Thinking techniques. In the afternoon, we connect solutions with a business canvas. The canvas helps prioritize solutions, uncover risks & assumptions, drive alignment and articulate business & customer value. Participants take away a clearly articulated problem statement, solutions, a mechanism to prioritize solutions and trade-offs and easy to use techniques for everyday situations.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding the why and the what of Design Thinking
  • Conduct a problem-analysis exercise
  • How to identify, capture and make visible the trade-offs necessary that drive pragmatic solutions
