About Us




PMI Mass Bay, is the Project Management Institute’s regional membership chapter serving Boston and all of Eastern Massachusetts. We are a member-managed organization with over 3,300 members.
Our organization is a Project Management Center of Excellence where members, corporations, government entities, educational institutions, and those just interested in project management come to network and to introduce, enhance, and elevate the growth and development of PM professionals, thus increasing their professional and corporate advantage within the area.
Mission
The mission of the PMI Mass Bay Chapter is to promote the principles and practice of Project Management within the Greater Boston area. The chapter provides quality programs and training based on the needs and interests of our members and the community we serve.
In achieving our mission, the Chapter:
- Provides forums for project management professionals to network and share project experiences
- Offers opportunities for members and others to achieve and retain certification as Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and to enhance their professional development as project managers
- Promotes the value of Project Management through outreach to local businesses and universities.
