President's Letter
by Ed Horniak, President

Friends and Colleagues,
October was a busy month for PMI. While you were attending our Chapter Meeting a number of our Chapter officers and I attended the PMI Component Leadership Meeting, the PMI Awards Ceremony and the PMI Global Congress in Anaheim, California. At this Leadership meeting we continued our education in chapter leadership and governance, as well as learning about new PMI programs, policies, and initiatives. This intense 3-day workshop also covered the relationships that exist between PMI, our Chapter leadership, and you, our members.

Project Portfolio Management for Everyone
by Hannah Sukonick, Director of Programs
Are you having trouble juggling too many projects? Does it seem that just when you think you have it under control, a new project is added and the other projects start to develop problems? Regardless of the size of your project organization, attending this presentation can show you how to use the techniques of project portfolio management to create a flexible environment that accommodates rapid change without sacrificing strategic results.
