by Ted H. Webber, PMP, CPA, CISA
Program Topic - Networking Skills 101 Presented by - Michelle LaBrosse, PMP, of Cheetah Learning
How many people do you know? Some estimates suggest that every person knows 100 other people. Further, in a room of 100 people, you have access to approximately 5,000 personal contacts – contacts that can help you to achieve your professional goals. How can that be? How can you capture this benefit? There are several ways to approach professional or business networking. You can think of networking in terms of continually developing a group of business contacts to use in gaining contact with others who can be of help to you while you are being a help to them.
