Description:This course uses a combination of lecture, hands-on practice, and independent exercises to familiarize students with the concepts of Microsoft Project.  The topics include creating and revising tasks, sequencing tasks using dependencies and constraints, revising a schedule using a critical path, tracking progress, reporting variances, and manipulating project data. Microsoft Project® 2007 Standard will be the version used during the hands-on practice. William George Associates is a Microsoft Certified Partner.
