Increasing Project Manager Value in Each Phase of the Product Lifecycle
Our Presenter
- Rob Olney

The rapid pace of change in business today has led to global projects for product development with various internal and external organizations.  Amid this chaos, project managers are still expected to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.  One way to continue to meet aggressive product development schedules among dissimilar organizations around the world is to adopt a common product development process.  Developing internal processes and training takes valuable time and money.

This presentation reviews a new international standard for managing the product lifecycle that is designed for easy adoption in diverse organizations.  Whether your products are developed in small or large organizations, dispersed or co-located, outsourced or

private labeled, this new standard provides a common language for executing on any product lifecycle to meet your schedule and budget.  This presentation is an invitation to learn more about the global standard and explore how this knowledge can increase your value in managing your projects.
