Holding people accountable for results and managing the change process with key project stakeholders are critical steps for realizing the full value for a project. In fact, studies have shown that 70% of the business value derived from projects is attributed to a company's ability to adapt to new processes and organizational changes versus 30% of business value derived from technology alone.
This session will provide a framework for implementing a stakeholder management process that links to project value and commits stakeholders to change. Included in this session, you will learn a step-by-step approach for: identifying and analyzing stakeholders, developing & aligning stakeholder communication plans, and techniques for implementing a change process that holds stakeholders accountable for results. Case studies and real-life examples will also be used to emphasize key points.
