Interested in Corporate Relations?
Serving on the Corporate Relations Team is an interesting and fun way to volunteer with the PMI Mass Bay Chapter!
If you’re interested in getting involved with the Mass Bay Chapter’s Corporate Relations program, then be sure to attend a brief informational meeting directly after the Chapter meeting on May 20th. At the informational meeting, you’ll learn about the Chapter’s exciting new Corporate Relations initiative and about opportunities for you to lend a hand. We’ll gather at the front of the meeting room (where the presenter stands) after the Chapter meeting concludes.

PMP Study Groups
by Suzanne Ress, Study Group Coordinator
If you want to be a PMP, then you have to pass “The Test” - the PMP certification exam that is based on the PMBOK. However, there are also questions on the test that refer to material that is not covered in the PMBOK. These questions come under the frequently appearing line “project managers should be familiar with…” A good PMP prep class not only familiarizes students with the PMBOK, but also provides references, at the very least, to the other sources the would-be PMP should be acquainted with.
