When you sign up for membership with PMI, our system will automatically create an account for you using the SAME email you have in your PMI profile. The system will also send you the new credentials to get into our website. If you have not received the email and/or having difficulties logging in, please follow these steps:
1. Log into PMI.org
2. Double-check the email address you have with PMI Global
3. Go back to pmimassbay.org and request to reset your username (first) and password (second).
Step 3 can be performed by clicking on Forgot Login link on any Login screen.
