Gina has served on PMI®’s Global Corporate Council and is Advisory Board Member of Project Summit/Business Analyst World. She has been honored as one of the Power 50 from PMI®. Gina received her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management. She serves on the Simmons School of Management Alumnae Association Board as Chair, Continuous Learning and is an active member of The Boston Club serving on the membership committee and as an ambassador for new members.
Heidi Bogner is a Specialist in the Global Information and Records Management (InfoRM) program at Genzyme Corporation. Since the program's birth in 2008, it has been run as a PMO - and this is where Heidi got her first taste of the Project Management world. In 2009, she joined PMI® and its MassBay Chapter.
Heidi's role as a Records Management Specialist presents many opportunities for potential new projects; leading some and participating in others. She's had several years of personal and professional experience on boards. She received her BS in Business Management from Lesley University.
I have over 15 years of experience in the control, program/ project management, engineering, design and implementation of public and private sector, transportation, bio-pharmaceutical, commissioning and validation, and telecommunications projects. The projects I have been working on and his project management skills have brought me to places across the United States as well as overseas.
I became a Professional Engineer in 2003, and I received my PMP in 2011. My current business consulting engagements are focused on around creating business processes and procedures for companies that want to improve their Project Management techniques. When not working, I spend my time at home with my wife and 3 children, teaching CCD, playing a round of golf, or coaching basketball.
Alexey Gerasimov is a seasoned technology executive with 20 years of Software Engineering and Project Management experience. He has a broad range of skills encompassing software development, managing large-scale technology projects, establishing IT governance frameworks and implementing IT compliance programs.
Currently, Mr. Gerasimov is the Chief Technology Officer of My Event Guru Inc, and is responsible for leading all technology and operational aspects of the company. Prior to that, he worked for several companies where he managed technology and business initiatives aimed to ensure that organizations achieve their objectives by applying the right technology solutions to their needs.
Mr. Gerasimov holds BS degree in Computer Science from Hartwick College. Additionally, he holds PMP certification, CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) credentials from ISACA.

Jane Morancy has been a project manager since 2000 and a PMI Member and certified since 2006. She is a VP at a Boston based financial services company.
In addition to her role as VP of Finance and Treasurer of PMI Mass Bay Chapter, Jane is a member of the finance committee for the South Shore Habitat for humanity.

Ben Rebeske has been a PMP since 2005 and a PMI member since 2002. An emphatic and passionate proponent of the Project Management profession, he has served in project and program management within the Utility and Information Technology Industries since 2000 and is a currently with Ernst & Young here in Boston.
Having a Masters of Science in Project Management (MSPM) from George Washington University, and being certified in multiple project management skills, Ben brings our chapter over 15 years of real-world experience. He is proficient in project delivery, peer mentoring, official PMI student training, and (in conjunction with volunteers like you!) bringing creative ways in which to promote and implement mature project methodologies within our networks in the Mass Bay area.
VP of Business Development / Outreach
Our mission for Business Development and Outreach is to increase corporate and community awareness and partnerships with MassBay PMI. The Business Development committee is actively reaching out to local companies for sponsorships and opportunities to partner on events and educational seminars. The Outreach Committee is focused on corporate, community, and education outreach. Corporate Outreach includes interviewing corporate leaders about their impressions of the PM profession, MassBay PMI, the talent pool and any gaps they perceive, and what educational opportunities they would like to see provided - seeing MassBay PMI as an extension of their learning and development programs. Their input is one factor that we take into consideration when planning the learning ciriculum for the coming year.
Community outreach includes coaching the leaders of charitable organizations in Project Management principles, this enabling them to better organize their efforts and activities.
Education outreach consists of the Scholarship program and school partnerships. One new program is a collaboration with Destination Immagination in our local middle and high schools. Others include booths at school career days. Universities are also included as we work to integrate PM methodologies into the ciriculum.
We have gotten off to a great start and you will hear more from these committees in 2013.
