Testimonials:
I felt the whole mentor-mentee partnership . . . was a dynamic experience that fitted an upcoming project management professional, like me, to improve and learn successful project management practices.
Invest the time to create a well-structured, open relationship with your mentor. It can help you achieve your goals.
Learning about my mentor’s work and how he managed his career helped me consider new ways in which I might use my project management skills.
My most rewarding experience as a mentee has been when my mentor has offered support without stifling my individuality or my wish to do things differently. He helped me build a strong foundation and then let me go, and I was able to take risks and go out to implement them as my own.
